- Mary Evans Review added: 2018.12.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sadly I don't rate the Nelson Post Office. I was accused of not putting enough postage on a parcel, because I had purchased postage online on the Royal Mail website that actually gives a discount for postage purchased online. They'd never heard of it before. It was humiliating to be loudly told that I'd done it wrong and that I _had_ to pay more and that "you've missed the post anyway".
I'm absolutely tamping. So now, I'm going to wait until Monday to go to different Post Office that does know their products inside out and gives excellent customer service. >:(
